If you agree to purchase items from stackhousejones.com, once you have indicated a desire to make a purchase, you will be directed through the Paypal website to complete the different stages of purchase.

b) Stackhouse Jones will make a clear description of goods offered on stackhousejones.com. If you intend to buy a product, please read these descriptions carefully before you purchase an item.

c) The price which Stackhouse Jones charges for an item will be listed clearly on our website. There will also be a charge made for postage and packaging, which will also be listed clearly on the website. Prices shown on the website will alter from time to time.

c)If you agree order a product, it will be dispatched to you as soon as is possible once the full price and postage and packaging has been paid by the customer. Stackhouse Jones cannot provide a guarantee for how quickly we will be able to dispatch your order. However, customers are entitled to a full refund if the goods they have ordered are not dispatched within 30 days.

d) No liability is accepted by Stackhouse Jones in the event that delivery of goods is delayed for more than 30 days due to an event which could be termed force majeur (eg. act of God, human disaster, etc.)



a) If a customer purchases an item from stackhousejones.com and, after it is delivered, considers the product faulty (eg. Does not match description on website, is not of satisfactory quality, is not fit for purpose) then the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement item. Complaints can be made directly to Stackhouse Jones or through the PayPal resolution centre.

b) Any complaints about the supply of faulty items should be accompanied by evidence of a receipt that the item was purchased from Stackhouse Jones and evidence of why the customer believes the goods purchased to be faulty.

c) If it is clear that the goods arrived with the customer in faulty condition, then we will supply either a full refund or exchange product.

d) Stackhouse Jones will deal with people who desire to return any faulty goods which they have received as a gift from a customer of Stackhouse Jones, provided that the goods have been unused and evidence of a receipt that the item was bought from Stackhouse Jones and evidence of why the item is faulty can be provided.


e) If a customer wishes to return an item which is not faulty, they must contact Stackhouse Jones within 7 working days of receiving the goods ordered. We will offer a full refund or an exchange product on the condition that customers return the product within 14 days in a saleable condition with a full receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

f) Stackhouse Jones offers no guarantee or warranty for its products once they have been purchased and accepted as satisfactory by the customer.


a) By purchasing goods through the Stackhouse Jones website, you agree to allow Stackhouse Jones to keep information about you so that the transaction can be effectively managed and for record-keeping purposes.

b) Stackhouse Jones will process any personal information about site users or customers in an appropriate and responsible way, in keeping with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

c) Stackhouse Jones will not share information about website users or customers with third parties, with the exception of cases where we must in order to comply with UK law, or in cases where the rights, property and safety of the website, other website users or others may be at risk.
